President Kagame today received new envoys accredited to represent their countries in Rwanda. Park Yong-Min will represent South Korea, while Frédérique Maria De Man is the new Ambassador for the Netherlands in Rwanda.
During their briefing to the press after presenting their credentials, the two new envoys said they would work harder to improve the partnership and extend cooperation between their countries and Rwanda.
