President Kagame today presided over the swearing- in of the new Minister of ports and Culture, Uwacu Julienne and a new Member of Parliament, Mukandamage Thacienne.
In his address, President Kagame President Kagame congratulated the new leaders and asked them to bring willingness and new momentum to work together with colleagues to serve the interest of Rwandan.
“We are happy to see that the two leaders who have sworn in today are women, which raises our expectations. We expect new ideas as we work towards taking our country forward. I wish you and everyone good luck and a good day.”
