President Kagame will today join leaders to discuss security policy at the Opening Ceremony of the Munich Security Conference (MSC) in Germany.
Founded in 1963, the annual forum brings together more than 450 senior decision-makers across the world, including heads-of-state and government as well as foreign and defense ministers to engage in an intensive debate on current and future security challenges.
Key guests at the three day meeting include; UK Prime Minister Theresa May, UN Secretary-General António Guterres, President of Estonia Kersti Kaljulaid , President of Burkina Faso Roch Marc Christian Kaboré, President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, President of World Bank Jim Yong Kim, Emir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Tamim Emir Al-Thani, President of the World Economic Forum and former Norwegian Minister of Foreign Affairs Børge Brende, Former US Vice President Joseph R. Biden Jr and Chairperson of the African Union Commission Moussa Faki Mahamat.
