This evening at the Kigali Convention Centre, President Kagame hosted a cocktail in honour of members of the Ntare School Old Boys Association (NSOBA), who are in Kigali for the finals of the Ntare Lions League football tournament. The League finale, taking place for the first time outside of Uganda, comes ahead of the opening of Ntare School in Rwand which is set to start operating this year.
