That is also what we base on when we are in a meeting like this, to exercise our democracy as one of the pillars of the RPF, by choosing our leaders at different levels.” President Kagame who is also the Chairman of RPF-INKOTANYI, today accepted the party’s nomination to be its candidate in the upcoming presidential elections. The President was endorsed in a party congress that convened over 2,000 party members.
