Good Afternoon.
Prime Minister, allow me to start by thanking you, and your delegation, for visiting our country, and attending the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting.
The Prime Minister and I had very productive discussions, and I think we are going to be doing even more together, in the years ahead.
I want to thank Singapore for being a reliable partner, over the years.
We value highly the trade and investment links, as well as the cooperation between our central banks.
Both our countries have created a strong foundation.
Singapore’s development model, and its commitment to social cohesion and national unity, are very impressive.
I hope you and your delegation enjoyed your stay here, and I very much look forward to the time I can visit Singapore again.
I now invite you to make your remarks, Prime Minister Lee, and thank you once again for being with us here today.
