Kigali, 7 June 2013
President Kagame has told leaders that it is their responsibility to work with the people in order to solve their problems, whether they originate from out of the country or inside. President Kagame said this at Parliament today, while officiating over the swearing in of two new Ministers and the Deputy Ombudsman.
“We should always anticipate that problems will always be there and be ready to always provide solutions, no matter the challenges. You all remember the problems we faced last year but although we hope to have less this year, we should always anticipate different problems and find befitting solutions.”
Sworn-in during the ceremony were the new Minister of Justice and Attorney General, Johnston Busingye, the Minister of Cabinet Affairs, Stella Ford Mugabo and the Deputy Ombudsman, Musangabatware Clement.
