President Kagame today, received letters of credence from new ambassadors of Russia, United Arab Emirates and Tanzania during a credentials ceremony held at Urugwiro Village. The envoys pledged to strengthen the existing bilateral relations between Rwanda and their respective countries.
The new envoys include Hazza Mohammed Farah Kharsan Alqahtane, Ambassador of United Arab Emirates (UAE), Karen Chalyan, Ambassador of Russia, and Ernest Jumbe Mangu the High Commissioner of Tanzania, all resident in Kigali.
