President Kagame on Monday visited Kagano Village, a model community in Uwinyingi sector, Nyamagabe District where he interacted with residents participating in the Integrated Development Program. President Kagame congratulated residents for contributing to their District’s transformation and called on them to intensify their efforts in order to further enhance the economic situation in their district. President Kagame applauded the people of Nyamagabe district for serving as a positive example of a district that is successfully transforming and achieving good results in development through concerted efforts and hard work. President Kagame also visited Rukarara III mini hydro which will soon provide electricity on a local grid to Kibirizi Sector.
