On day four of RPF Presidential campaign, RPF Chairman Paul Kagame held a rally in the district of Ngororero in the Western Province followed by another one in Muhanga district, Southern Province.
Talking to the RPF supporters in Ngororero, RPF Chairman Kagame said the coming years will be dedicated to consolidating current achievements on Rwanda’s journey to development: 
As we are gathered here today, we are committing to walk the talk and to achieving our common goal. Voting RPF means continuing the transformation journey, education, health, agriculture, technology that change lives. We have to be ready to work hard to transform this country into the nation we deserve.
 With a population of 33,713 the district of Ngororero has seen improvement in terms of access to water increased by 20% as well as the building of more infrastructure. 
 
Next stop on the campaign trail was Muhanga where RPF Chairman Paul Kagame and First Lady Jeannette Kagame joined 150 thousand RPF supporters celebrating in the Muhanga Stadium. 
Speaking to the crowd, RPF Chairman Kagame encouraged RPF supporters to vote and keep working hard to achieve their dreams:
 This campaign is about defining the dignified future we deserve. Voting is the easy part, the hard work is what is ahead to continue delivering the best we can to every Rwandan.
 In the last few years, Muhanga district has seen improved levels of development for its population of 319,141. In the last seven years, 9768 cows were distributed under the Girinka Program , up from 1952. In the health sector, the rate of births taking place at health facilities went from 58.2% in 2010 to 99%.
